These Terms of Use & Disclaimer (“Terms”) govern your use of czoraadvisory.com (the “Site”), operated by CZORA Advisory LLC under the public-facing brand CZORA (“CZORA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Site.
1. Website Purpose
The Site provides general information about CZORA, Household Infrastructure, Household Continuity, CZORA's advisory approach, and ways to contact the firm.
Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes.
It is not individualized professional advice and is not a substitute for advice from an attorney, accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser, physician or other healthcare professional, insurance professional, security professional, cybersecurity professional, or another appropriately qualified or licensed provider.
2. No Client Relationship Created by Website Use
Visiting the Site, submitting an inquiry, sending CZORA an email, receiving a response, or participating in an introductory conversation does not, by itself, create a client relationship.
It also does not create a fiduciary, agency, employment, household-management, attorney-client, financial-adviser, medical, or other professional relationship.
A CZORA advisory engagement begins only when the appropriate parties enter into a written agreement defining the engagement's scope, responsibilities, fees, and other applicable terms.
Information submitted through the Site is handled according to the Privacy Policy, but communications with CZORA through the Site or ordinary email are not automatically legally privileged.
3. CZORA's Scope
CZORA is a private household advisory firm focused on Household Infrastructure and Continuity.
Unless expressly provided under an applicable written agreement, CZORA is not acting as a:
Law firm or attorney
Accountant or tax adviser
Financial or investment adviser
Banking agent
Medical or healthcare provider
Insurance adviser or insurance producer
Security company
Emergency-response provider
Cybersecurity company
Household staffing agency or recruiter
Household employee
Household manager
Personal assistant
Concierge service
Professional home organizer
Bill-pay or money-movement service
24/7 monitoring or emergency-notification service
CZORA's work is intended to strengthen household operating infrastructure, ownership, documentation, access, handoffs, and continuity.
CZORA does not guarantee that a household will avoid disruption, that every dependency can be eliminated, that any particular system will be error-free, or that continuity can be assured under every circumstance.
4. No Emergency Use
The Site, inquiry form, CZORA email addresses, and CZORA advisory services are not emergency services and are not monitored as emergency channels.
Do not use the Site or CZORA communications to report, manage, or request assistance with an emergency.
For an immediate threat involving health, safety, security, property, or another emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
5. No Reliance on Website Content
CZORA makes reasonable efforts to present accurate and useful information.
However, website content is general, may not apply to a particular household or circumstance, and may change.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice regarding legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, security, technology, employment, or other specialized matters.

Do not assume CZORA has accepted an engagement merely because information has been submitted or CZORA has responded.
CZORA may decline an inquiry, request additional information, determine that a matter falls outside its scope, or suggest that another category of professional would be more appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content—including text, graphics, visual elements, brand identifiers, methodologies, frameworks, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to CZORA Advisory LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Visitors may view and use the Site for personal or internal informational purposes.
Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, materially modify, scrape, or create derivative works from substantial portions of CZORA's Site or proprietary materials without prior written permission.
CZORA's name, logos, brand identifiers, and other marks may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, or affiliation.

Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
CZORA does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, privacy practices, or performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
CZORA does not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, free from harmful components, or appropriate for every user's particular circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CZORA Advisory LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where applicable law does not permit such limitation or exclusion.
Any rights, obligations, remedies, limitations, or liability arising from a paid CZORA engagement are governed by the applicable written client agreement rather than these website Terms.
12. Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through the Site is governed by CZORA's Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law, disputes arising solely from use of the Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. Changes to These Terms
CZORA may update these Terms when its Site, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
